Our Story

In 1981, I began my career in the technical department of AT&T in Venezuela. The following five years were extraordinary, as I witnessed the rapid transition from analog to electronic and digital technology.
In 1987, I founded TA&T to provide exceptional technical customer service to an expanding base of prominent clients representing various brands.
In 2013, my family and I moved to Canada, a dream we had shared and worked hard towards for several years. One of our goals was to reopen TA&T in Toronto, enabling us to continue delivering the high-quality telephone customer service we had offered back home.
In 2015, I attended college to earn a diploma in Computer Repair. Following this, my experience with Panasonic systems led to my hiring in the technical department of a well-known Panasonic telephone dealer in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). During my eight years there, I gained invaluable experience installing Panasonic systems and shared my knowledge of their functionality.
In 2023, I was excited to reopen TA&T under the new name of AUDIOTEL here in Canada. After more than 35 years of service excellence and expertise in the telephone industry in Venezuela and Canada, I am confident that I can continue providing my services with passion and dedication.
