In 1981, I was hired to work at the technical department of AT&T, Venezuela. The five following years were extraordinary due to the fast-changing technology from analog to electronic and digital.
 

In 1987, I founded TA&T; my main idea was to offer the best quality in technical customer service to a growing number of important client leaders in each one of the brands they represent.
 

In 2013, I moved to Canada with my family, a dream we shared for several years and had worked hard towards. One of our goals was to reopen TA&T  in Toronto to continue offering the same or better telephone customer service we were used to back home.
 

In 2015, I went to college to earn a Computer Repair Diploma. Then, due to my experience with Panasonic systems, I was hired in the technical department of a well-known Panasonic telephone dealer for the GTA.
 

During eight years of great work and a mutual share of valuable experiences installing Panasonic systems, I got to share my Panasonic telephone experience. Also, I got to know how Panasonic was installed and programmed in Canada.
 

In 2023, I am enthusiastic about reopening TA&T under the name of AUDIOTEL in our new home, Canada. After more than 27 years of service excellence and expertise in the telephone field in Venezuela and Canada, I feel confident in continuing to offer my services with passion and dedication.
