Our Story

  • In 1981, I was hired to work at the technical department of AT&T, Venezuela. The five following years were extraordinary due to the fast-changing technology from analog to electronic and digital.
     

  • In 1987, I founded TA&T; my main idea was to offer the best quality in technical customer service to a growing number of important client leaders in each one of the brands they represent.
     

  • In 2013, I moved to Canada with my family, a dream we shared for several years and had worked hard towards. One of our goals was to reopen TA&T  in Toronto to continue offering the same or better telephone customer service we were used to back home.
     

  • In 2015, I went to college to earn a Computer Repair Diploma. Then, due to my experience with Panasonic systems, I was hired in the technical department of a well-known Panasonic telephone dealer for the GTA.
     

  • During eight years of great work and a mutual share of valuable experiences installing Panasonic systems, I got to share my Panasonic telephone experience. Also, I got to know how Panasonic was installed and programmed in Canada.
     

  • In 2023, I am enthusiastic about reopening TA&T under the name of AUDIOTEL in our new home, Canada. After more than 27 years of service excellence and expertise in the telephone field in Venezuela and Canada, I feel confident in continuing to offer my services with passion and dedication.

To be an integral telephone technician with exceptional telephone service is to be flexible to the particular timing and needs of each customer, listen and adapt to each requirement, and take care of every technical detail.
