Audiotel Incorporated began as an independantly owned RadioShack dealer in October of 1979. We first opened our doors for business as a storefront at 26 Wilson St. W, Perth, ON. Owner, George Hanna held a Grand Openning which he announced in the Perth Courier on Wednesday June 25, 1980. As you can see in the Grand Opening advertisement below audio equipment has always been a core value and essential part of what we at Audiotel are all about. Following the Grand Opening in June, Audiotel moved into a larger store. Still downtown Perth, the new location, 32 Gore St. East, is where we have been ever since. For 30 years now at this location, from 8 tracks to MP3 Players we have been specializing in quality audio equipment, along with a wide variety of other consumer electronics. As of 2005 we have been known here in Perth as The Source because Radioshack is now a seperate American company altogether.
